With the EQE model, Mercedes has shown how sporty and comfortable an electric business sedan can be. According to the factory, the car combines dynamic performance and comfortable travel - and sets new standards in its class.
As a reminder, the EQE is 4946 mm long, 1961 mm wide and 1512 mm high, while the wheels are 19 to 21 inches. Also, the EQE has a long wheelbase (the platform is Electric Vehicle Architecture - EVA), which has enabled a spacious interior inspired by the larger EQS.
The MBUX Hyperscreen (three screens with a total width of 141 cm) also stands out, and the air suspension should also be mentioned.
In order to attract even more attention (and of course new customers), Mercedes has now prepared two new sports AMG versions in the EQE range, namely EQE 43 4MATIC and EQE 53 4MATIC +.
The weaker EQE 43 4MATIC has two electric motors with a total of 350 kW / 476 hp and 858 Nm (with all-wheel drive), so from 0 to 100 km / h it accelerates in 4.2 seconds and can reach el. limited to 210 km / h.
With a single charge of 90.6 kWh lithium-ion batteries can cover 462-533 km, while on a fast charger in 15 minutes it is possible to recharge the batteries for 180 km.
The more powerful variant of the EQE 53 4MATIC + also has two electric motors, but here with a combined 460 kW / 626hp and 950 Nm of torque. This is enough to accelerate to 100 km / h in 3.5 seconds, while the top speed is 220 km / h. Here is the fact that the autonomy with one battery charge is 444-518 km.
Also, customers will be offered the optional AMG Dynamic Plus Package, which includes 505 kW / 687 hp and 1000 Nm, which allows acceleration to 100 km / h in 3.3 seconds and a maximum of 240 km / h.
Mercedes-AMG EQE versions also come with AMG Ride Control + air suspension, steering and rear wheels, Michelin Pilot Sport EV tires, wheels up to 21 inches, sports braking system with 415 mm and 378 mm discs (AMG carbon-ceramic is also available as an option) brakes), front grille with AMG mark and vertical chrome accents, sporty front bumper and splitter, larger rear spoiler, AMG sports seats, AMG steering wheel with flattened lower part, sport pedals, red contrast stitching, AMG floor mats, as well as optional MBUX.
