2022 Peugeot 3008 SUV

The new 2022 Peugeot 3008 SUV as a refresh for US market

Peugeot has running the new mission and rebrand their vehicles to re-enter the US market.

Peugeot as one of the largest France automaker,  will make a reappearance in US markets with its midsize SUV, the 2022 Peugeot 3008, sooner than expected. After much market research to prepare for the launch, the automobile maker has decided to return to the American market with a laser focus on the American car buyer and their needs - possibly as soon as 2021.

After a bit of a break from exploring US markets, Peugeot has taken the time to reframe their mission and rebrand their vehicles in preparation for a reemergence into the marketplace. Instead of providing American car buyers with Europe versions of vehicles made to target the European market, the automobile maker has taken stock of the individual needs of each consumer and addressed them. To provide enough time to do this well, the projected release date of their first vehicle into the market was originally 2026, but their newest 3008 SUV may make an appearance as soon as 2022.

Competition and interior of new 2022 Peugeot 3008

If we compare it with competition the size wise the SUV sits just a little larger than a RAV4. Also, manages to offer drivers plenty of space for passengers and cargo. There’s also a plethora of exciting interior features such as a 12.3-inch infotainment system, quilted leather seats, sunroof, Apple CarPlay, and much more. The engine provides just enough sporty power to match the looks with a 1.6L 4cyl turbo engine that doles out up to 165 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of toque.

2022 Peugeot 3008 Release date

Exact release dates have not yet been provided by Peugeot for its reemergence into the US market. However, after taking a look at the 2020 3008, its clear that they have a vehicle that will appeal to the American consumer, possibly prompting a much earlier release than the previously anticipated 2026 date.

2021 Lexus LC500

About 2021 Lexus LC500

T stacks behind your head like a mechanically shuffled deck of cards. In the interest of weight savings and the preservation of trunk volume, the LC 500 convertible instead uses a folding soft top. But its design is not what you'd expect: Lexus has devised a four-layer top that hides the support bows to produce a smooth look. The extra layering is also said to make it quieter than a conventional soft top.

he 2021 Lexus LC500 will have extraordinary design detailing and interior materials. He attract your attention in every situation. It's much the same when you slide behind the wheel, where the watchword is luxury.

New Lexus LC500 will have V8 engine with 5.0-liter. The LC's grand-touring driving character makes you want to head out on a road trip using the scenic route. Only one thing is missing: a convertible top to bring the sights and smells of the outside inside.

That top is not a folding metal roof that

2021 Lexus LC500 performances

The new Lexus LC will reach In15 seconds, and speeds up to 31 mp. In this configuration, the 471-horsepower 5.0-liter V8 engine provides the soundtrack. Its intoxicating throaty exhaust note is an increasing rarity as the competition moves toward turbocharged engine, which tend to lack character unless they are enhanced by synthetic tomfoolery pumped in via the speakers.

We happen to like top-down driving in the evening and into the night. But in many drop-tops, such excursions can overly chill the participants. The LC 500 convertible has an enhanced climate control system that's set up to compensate in such situations. It automatically makes certain adjustments to airflow when the top is lowered. And in addition to the usual heated seats and steering wheel, the LC convertible has neck heaters and extra vents directed at the driver's hands.

Main competitors and prices

The BMW 8 Series convertible is configured similar to the LC 500 convertible, but it is an all-wheel-drive machine powered by a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine. Known as the M850i xDrive convertible, it costs upward of $121,000.

Second big competitor is Mercedes SL Class. He have a rear-wheel-drive machine available with three engines. The SL 550 has a 4.7-liter twin-turbo V8 and costs over $114,000, and at the top there's the AMG SL 63 with a stonking 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 for over $155,000.

The Lexus undercuts all these V8-powered luxury competitors, and it offers a strong alternative to German styling.

The closest point of comparison for the LC 500 convertible might actually be the Jaguar F-Type, which offers three engines, a choice of rear- or all-wheel drive, and price tags ranging from about $65,000 to well over $125,000. You can get a lovely sounding V8 F-Type convertible for a bit over $90,000, and like the LC you'll have a questionable infotainment interface, small trunk and tight cabin with the roof up. But in the Jaguar, none of that matters as much when you have a chance to put the top down away from traffic — we're optimistic the Lexus can pull off the same trick.

Release date and price for 2021 Lexus LC 500

Release date for 2021 Lexus LC 500 will be in Summer 2020. Average price for this model will be $99,000.00.

2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class

The Mercedes have rich tradition the range of sedans, coupes and wagons will receive a round of updates to keep it looking and feeling fresh against some of the newer competition.

Timing for the United States is yet to be announced but the first of the updated E-Class models

The new 2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is better from the smaller C-Class which can easily be mistaken for its more expensive sibling.

Of more significance will be tech updates made to the car. Key among these will be Mercedes' MBUX infotainment system which features a large touchscreen (10.25 inches as standard on the updated E-Class) that can be operated much like a smartphone or tablet. The infotainment system also includes natural speak voice activation and the ability to recognize certain gestures. A new steering wheel with touch-sensitive surfaces will also enable a new degree of control for the driver.

Mercedes will also offer its latest electronic driver-assist features. One of the new, more advanced items is an enhancement for the adaptive cruise control. The system can use live traffic updates to recognize and respond to a add of traffic on a highway well before the driver is even aware of the situation. When it detects traffic ahead and the driver doesn't take any actions, the system will automatically slow the vehicle to 62 mph as a precaution.

The brake assist now also integrates a cross traffic warning feature at intersections, meaning the brakes can automatically be applied when there is a danger of a collision with oncoming traffic when making a turn. And the surround-view camera system has been updated so that the entire side view of the vehicle is shown. This makes it easier when driving close to parallel objects such as curbs and garage walls.

2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class engine options

We'll also see new engines in the engine department of the updated E-Class—including the availability of plug-in hybrid models in the U.S. for the first time. The range will kick off with the E350 which was added for 2020, whose 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 should continue to offer 255 horsepower. Above this should remain an E450, albeit with a 3.0-liter inline-6 and mild-hybrid setup replacing the current E450's V-6.

New plug-in hybrid models should also feature the inline-6. Mercedes has confirmed seven plug-in hybrid models for its updated E-Class range, which will also cater to buyers seeking all-wheel drive, as well as a wagon. It isn't clear which plug-in models will reach the U.S., though.

An E63 from AMG will continue to be the range-topper, with its engine to remain a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8. Peak output could be lifted beyond the current model's 603 horsepower in E63 S trim, though.

2020 Porsche Taycan

The 2020 Porsche Taycan is Porsche's first-ever electric vehicle. This new Porsche sports sedan has its sights set on Tesla and made its official debut in September.

The new 2020 Porsche Taycan is pivotal step into the high-performance and high-price end of the EV landscape. He is quick, comfortable, and likely to be a serious Tesla contender. The 2020 Taycan (pronounced TIE-kahn) is at least as important to Porsche as the first-generation Cayenne, not in terms of profit, but for reshaping the arc of the company's future vehicles.

Look for new 2020 Porsche Taycan

The 2020 Porsche Taycan is very nearly the same length as a Tesla Model S. He is 3.4 inches shorter than Porsche Panamera, but it has a substantially lower roofline than either.

For sure, the Tesla certainly deserves credit for doing the very expensive, money-losing research that's proved there's a market for luxury EVs. Newer the less, Porsche had 30,000 orders in hand globally even before the new model of Taycan's public debut.

Electric-vehicle breakthroughs include a much higher operating voltage that enables faster charging as well as the first multispeed EV transaxle. Both of these help facilitate uncharacteristically consistent acceleration performance for an EV.

Taycan model options

Porsche will keep traditional naming convention. The names for new models will be:

-         Turbo

-         Turbo S

The interesting fact is that neither of them has a turbocharger.

2020 Porsche Taycan engine and price

The Turbo S's numbers are big: 750 horsepower and 774 lb-ft of torque, and a price starting at $186,350. The less expensive, $152,250 Turbo will have 670 horses and 626 lb-ft of torque. The difference between the two is primarily at the front axle, where the S's larger inverter enables more front-motor thrust. You get those outputs for only 2.5 seconds at a time; after that, both models drop to 616 horsepower, which can be maintained for 10 seconds. The Taycan's 162-mph top speed is achieved in top gear at the motors' 16,000-rpm redline. Loaded Porsche Taycan EV Comes to $226,010.

Battery performances and interior for Porsche Taycan

The new Taycan will have rectangular battery pack in the floor, Porsche strategically relocated two of the 33 modules that make up its 93.4-kWh pack to leave space for rear passengers' feet. Other interior tricks include a curved 16.8-inch configurable digital gauge cluster and a 10.9-inch center screen that runs a new infotainment layout, moving to tablet-like squares of selectable functions rather than Porsche's current setup of scrolling menus that we've found frustrating. There's also an optional second screen in front of the passenger, with duplicate functionality for infotainment and navigation. In addition to the typical leather, there's a leather-free option that Porsche calls Race-Tex.

There are two areas where Tesla have advantage comparing with Taycan. Firs to them its lack of sophisticated semi-autonomous driver-assistance technology. There's no official EPA range estimate yet, but the European cycle puts the longest-range Taycan at 280 miles.

Using the Model S's Euro-versus-U.S. fuel-economy figures as our yardstick, we predict the Taycan's highest EPA rating will be somewhere between 260 and 270 miles. It is less if we compare with top Tesla which reach 370 miles.

Turbo S models should fall somewhere between 225 and 250 miles. But the Taycan has a trick up its rear subframe: a two-speed transmission, which, combined with the Taycan's very low 0.22 coefficient of drag, may give it the edge in extended high-speed cruising that's generally a range killer.

At the end, general conclusion is that the new 2020 Porsche  Taycan is a true sports sedan.

It shares its basic structure with the gasoline-powered Kona SUV. In the same time wears a unique front bumper, grille, and special wheels that all look cool and also help reduce aerodynamic drag.

The Kona Electric goes head-to-head with other mass-market EVs where is very sharp competition. The main competitors are: Chevrolet Bolt EV, Tesla Model 3 and Kia Niro EV.

Considering competition Hyundai underline a driving range of up to 258 miles per charge and the Kona Electric can recharge its battery fairly quickly on a 240-volt outlet or even quicker using a DC fast-charging station.

2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV

2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV

The new 2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV is affordable little hatchback that doesn't stick out like the i3 and today, it packs plenty of all-electric range at 259 miles -- a nice increase over its initial 236-mile range. With a starting price of just $36,620, the Bolt has positioned itself as the perfect alternative to the impossible-to-spec $35,000 Model 3 from Tesla.

The 2020 Chevy Bolt is an all-electric hatchback with a long driving range, spacious cabin, and affordable price tag. Capable of traveling up to 259 miles on a single charge and starting at less than $40,000, the Bolt attempts to make EVs more accessible to everyone. Its electric motor provides almost-instant acceleration. So this model is truly fun to drive.

2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV Price

The Chevrolet will offer two models: LT and Premier. The LT model will have a price of $37,495, and Premier model will have a price of $41,895.

For customers who ask more, the fancier Premier model adds more desirable features (including wireless phone charging, two more USB ports, and an upgraded Bose audio system) but it costs about $4000 more. While the Premier has other exclusive content such as ambient interior lighting, leather seats, heated rear seats, and more, they don't justify the added cost. We'd stick with the more affordable LT trim, which is still stocked with standard features. We'd also add the Comfort and Convenience package (heated front seats, heated steering wheel, leather-wrapped steering wheel) and the Driver Confidence package (blind-spot monitor, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors).

2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV Engine

The Bolt's electric motor provides instantaneous response to accelerator inputs and ample low-end torque that lets you scoot ahead when the light turns green. Responses are less immediate at highway speeds, but the electric Chevy still makes passing and merging on the highway a cinch. With a composed ride and plenty of power.

Bolt’s drawing provide harsh impacts into the cabin. Steering is quick and accurate, but we'd prefer more feedback from the road. The brake pedal is firm and provides above-average stopping power, but the regenerative braking system that recharges the battery when you lift off the accelerator means you can drive in most scenarios without ever touching the brake pedal. A paddle on the left side of the steering wheel allows for increased on-demand regenerative braking and can stop the car completely.

2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV Battery Life

While it takes about nine hours to fully charge the Bolt's battery using a 240-volt outlet, the fast-charging option can add roughly 90 miles of range every 30 minutes when using a Level 3 charging station.

The 2020 Chevrolet Bolt boasts an EPA-rated range of 259 miles (versus the previous 238 miles) on a full charge—more than twice the range of other similarly priced electric vehicles such as the VW eGolf. While the Tesla Model 3 Long Range can travel up to 310 miles on one charge, it costs considerably more.

2023 Audi Q1

2023 Audi Q1 Release date and Design

If you were thinking Audi couldn’t come up with a crossover smaller than the already pint-sized Q2 pictured here, prepare to be surprised. Following the coupe-SUV push with the Q8 later this year and the Q4 in 2019, the company headquartered in Ingolstadt will then gear up to roll out yet another Q model.

Slated to arrive towards the end of 2023, the new entry-level crossover carrying the four rings will be yet another member of the MQB family growing every year with new members across many marques of the Volkswagen Group, such as the core brand VW as well as SEAT and Skoda. When asked about the prospects of a Q1, Audi sales and marketing boss Bram Schot hinted it could happen:

Logic tells us the second generation of Q1 would be based on the next-generation A1 Sportback seen above undergoing final testing. Slated to arrive later this year most likely as a five-door-only hatchback, Audi’s most affordable model will paint an accurate picture of what to expect from its crossover counterpart as the two models will share most of the oily bits.

2023 Audi Q1 Engine and Specification

The Q1, Q4, and Q8 aren’t actually the only new crossovers on Audi’s agenda as the company is also putting the finishing touches on the fully electric E-Tron programmed to arrive later this year along with the next-gen Q3. In addition, a sleeker E-Tron Sportback – also a pure EV - will be out at some point in 2019. Let’s keep in mind Audi Sport has suggested more performance version of its SUVs are being planned, including the SQ2, RS Q5, and an RS Q8 as the crown jewel of the company’s huge SUV portfolio.
